D. R. Horton Homes also has a location in the Spring Lakes community. It is a gated, Master Planned Community. I had the opportunity to shoot this Model Home as well as some of the surrounding area of the Community – Tennis Court, Pool, Playground, etc…
If you are off Hwy 288, they also have a location in Iowa Colony called Sterling Lakes this location is also a Master Planned Community and has 24 hour guarded gate entrance, pool, tennis courts, and hiking and biking trails.
So in my day job, I work for one of the largest homebuilders in the Country D. R. Horton, Inc. and they sell homes all over the city of Houston as well as the Houston Metro Area of Texas(Conroe, Spring, Cypress, Katy, Pearland, Rosharon, Iowa Colony, Clear Lake, League City, Dickinson, Channelview, Porter, and Baytown). I am not in Real Estate nor am I a Sales Rep but they sell a great home for the money; built well and quite affordable.
