Just to follow up to this…I did contact Shawn C by email and as of the date of this posting, I have not heard anything from him or his company so he has just further confirmed my opinion of Houston Admiral….

We had an Admiral dealership which serviced my AC right after we moved into this house. 6 months pregnant, and no AC, they charged me $4000 for a new Airhandler. When in fact, I got a poorly refurbished airhandler that I had to replace this year after spending two summers doing everything I could to get the stupid AC to work outside of replacement. The city of SA revoked their license and I guess they packed up for Houston. I’m so sorry that you had to go through this.

I’m sorry to hear about your bad experience. I would always advise that you check with your local BBB and see what the report says on a particular business before hiring them.

I looked for Houston Admiral and did not find a record for them. That does not mean anything in particular, just that no one has contacted the Houston BBB about them. If it is Admiral Services that you hired, then we do have a record on them and I invite you to look at it.

Love the 4th picture! The only problem I had is that when you said Cougars, I assumed Washington State Cougars and I was about to get upset. My alma mater is University of Washington-Go Dawgs!!!! Was happy to learn that its UoH you were supporting!
