As an event photographer, I have been given the opportunity to meet and photograph some amazing people and have been exposed to new things. A new production company, Twyn Sol Productions, hired me to cover an event for them, which was a concert featuring musical artist, Frank McComb. Frank McComb’s music style is called Neo Soul and based on the definition of one of the musicians there, Kyle Turner, Neo Soul is a combination of several music styles including Jazz, R&B, and Inspirational. There is a lot of improvisation in the style as well (I learned that from my time studying under Conrad Johnson at Kashmere High School).
The Show was held at the Studio Movie Grill at Town and Country Center in West Houston and the well attended crowd enjoyed all of the musicians in attendance that evening. Here are a few shots from the night:
